Faithspire is a faith-based character education and coaching program that equips children with the tools they need to grow in character, leadership, and confidence. Rooted in biblical principles, Faithspire serves as a faith-based approach to social-emotional learning by teaching children how to manage their behavior, build positive relationships, and make wise choices.

The Heart Behind Faithspire

Faithspire was founded by Ieshia L. Demas, M.Ed., an experienced educator with over 16 years in education. With a strong background in curriculum, instruction, and student behavior, she created Faithspire to provide a faith-based approach to character development and social-emotional learning. She is also the founder and director of Ieshia Demas Ministries, an outreach ministry dedicated to serving underserved families and communities. Her passion is helping children grow in confidence, character, and faith while making a meaningful impact beyond the classroom.
